Opens the Create View dialog, which is used to add columns to a new view, and also set default view assignments. Controls on the Create View dialog are the same as those on the View Properties dialog. |
| Open an existing view |
Displays all of your personal views. Turn on Show global to also display any global views that exist in the datasource. |
| Modify |
Selecting a view and clicking Modify opens the View Properties dialog, which is used to edit properties of the selected view. |
| Copy |
Selecting a view and clicking Copy opens the Copy View dialog, which is used to create a new view based on the selected view. |
| Delete |
Used to delete the selected view. |
| Show global |
Turn this option on to display any existing global views in the Open an existing view list. |
